HOURS & SALARY:
- 9:00-4:00, Tuesday-Friday, 2 hours on Sunday = 28 hrs/week
- Compensation will be based on experience and education.
- Position includes benefits.

- Financial book-keeping:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- HR:
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Compliance and reporting with CRA:
- GST
- T3010
- Clergy Residency Deductions
- Compliance and reporting to National Office:
- Monthly financial reporting
- Annual Audit
- Administrate building usage
- Rental agreements
- Keys & Codes
- Insurance
- Annual tax receipts
- Supplies
- Vendor relations
- Maintaining of files and records
- Budget maintenance & reporting
- Inventory
REPORTS TO: Executive Pastor
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in book-keeping
- Knowledge of fund-based accounting
- Experience with Sage Accounting
- Proficiency in word processing software – Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in web-based applications
- Trustworthy and reliable in dealing with confidential information
- Ability to meet and work with people
- Written and verbal communication
