Find Your Place

At Northside Church, we believe service is one of the ways people connect to Jesus Christ. We also believe that we, as believers, are called to be servants on mission as we give our time and resources—both in the church and our city.

One of the things that sets Northside Church apart is our belief that everybody gets to play. Below are a few of the opportunities to serve right now. The roles vary in time commitment and experience required. But if you want to serve, there’s a place for you.

Please fill out the form below, or contact us about any of these positions and how you feel led to connect with us through service.

Real Stories

Titus, Worship

“I feel like it’s what I’m called to do. I don’t know – I guess it’s how I feel I can advance the kingdom. If I can worship freely, I feel like it will help usher people into the presence of God. “My outlook on worship has definitely changed over the years. At first, I don’t think I really got it. I just thought of worship leading as heading onto the stage to play some music. But over the years, I’ve begun to see worship as my personal experience. “As I begin to individually worship, it’s as if I invite the people into the congregation to worship individually themselves. And as we continue to press in, we’re worshipping as a congregation and yet still having those individual experiences.”

Janet, KidsChurch

I get a lot of satisfaction being around little kids, and giving back, and just seeing their young spirituality start to grow. –

I would say, just start somewhere. Speak to one of the leaders or volunteers, and just start doing it. I think sometimes people are scared to take that first step, and I’d say, just start somewhere. If you are participating in something, and getting something out of it, I think the best thing you can do is give back. Because, it’s all volunteers. And that’s part of my philosophy. If you’re getting something out of something, you should be putting energy into it.
