Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.
Worship is a lifestyle.
At Northside we believe that worship is a lifestyle, affecting our whole life. Romans 12:1-2 says “And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. Don’t copy the behaviour and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”
Musical worship at Northside is a corporate opportunity for us to gather, turn our eyes upon Jesus, and encounter the presence of the living God. It is in this place of encounter that we remember who God is, what He has done, and what He will do. We surrender to God and allow Him to transform us, give us identity, renew our minds, and heal our bodies. Worship is an opportunity to give God the glory, honour, and praise that He deserves.
